This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to a clean, fair, and affordable energy future through commercial and innovative supply chain leadership.You will be responsible for leading high value, complex strategic sourcing events that are vital to the business. This will involve engaging and building strong working relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure you the provision of best solutions for the organisation.The successful candidate must have previous experience leading procurement and carrying out buying activities on projects related to the built environment, with a minimum value of £50m+. You must be able to demonstrate what savings and achievements you have made in your previous roles and that you are comfortable working on procurement with high complexity and scale.You will act as a procurement leader, setting direction, driving results, working with senior stakeholders and developing procurement strategies, ideally you will have previous experience doing this in a public sector or regulated environment.
