Job Responsibilities: Delivery of a mixed case load incorporating a full range of M&A, Transactions, Re-organisations and restructuring matters. Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents 'value for money'. About you: Robust background in Corporate Arena - M&A, Transactions, Re-organisations and restructuring Good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen. Exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills. Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail.
