Warehouse Operative Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Warwick, CV34. This is an excellent opportunity for Warehouse Operative who is looking for stability and the chance to secure a permanent position. Position: Warehouse Operative Location: Warwick, CV34 Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour Shifts Available: 1) Monday to Thursday 1pm to 10pm and Friday 9am to 4pm 2) Monday to Thursday 5pm to 5am Duration: 12-week temporary contract with the potential for permanent placement. Warehouse Operative Role: As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. Your duties will include: Order Picking and Packing: Use manual pick sheets and RF scanners accurately order pick and pack to fulfil orders. Stock Management: Check deliveries against stock notes and ensure items are stored in the correct locations. Heavy Lifting: Safely handle items weighing up to 25kg as part of daily tasks. Warehouse Operations: Support general warehouse duties to maintain an efficient and organised workspace. Warehouse Operative Experience Required: Warehouse Experience: Recent experience in a warehouse environment is essential. Goods-In Expertise: Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in goods-in operations. Physical Fitness: The ability to perform manual tasks, including heavy lifting, is essential. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and a proactive approach to work are key to ensuring smooth operations.
