Job Descriptionn Acquisition Surveyorn n Job Descriptionn Job title t6 Acquisition Surveyorn Location t6 Hybridn Job type: Permanentn Ref: 1544n As an Acquisition Surveyor, you will play an important role in helping t3Mobilet4 Phone Operator clients to improve connectivity and performance of their networks to meet the growing demands of their customers by finding new mobile and telecommunications sites, upgrade existing sites and provide associated estates advice.n What you9ll do:n n Site Searchn Land ownership checksn ECC valuationsn Attend client reviews & manage client reporting toolsn Organise surveys, attend site meetings, liaise with colleagues, clients, and agentsn Review of technical drawingsn Securing consentsn Negotiation of agreementsn Manage a portfolio of telecom sites with acquisition & planning deliverablesn Review legal documents and undertake land & property negotiationsn Prepare town planning pre-application strategies & consultationsn Prepare 'submit planning applications to local planning authoritiesn Agreement renewalsn Compile & manage programs of work & workloadsn Provide project wide administrative supportn Support training of graduates/junior members of the Acquisition teamsn Ensuring accurate site by site records and commentaryn Delivery of client milestone KPI9sn Provide team/project wide supportn Support Business Development (BD) activityn Help build client relationshipsn n Who you are:n Someone with demonstrable experience of the below requirements and ideally who has worked within the Telecoms industry and are aware of the specific laws and legislation relating to that industry.n Key requirements:n n Business experience and transferable skillsn Good IT skillsn Good interpersonal skillsn Ability to work within a team and with contractorsn Ability to work under pressure and achieve targetsn Able to deal with continuous changen Full driving licencen Telecoms or property industry experiencen Strong written and verbal communications skillsn Property or Engineering qualifications or practical experiencen An understanding of Town Planning & Highways proceduresn n What we offer:n A career at Telent can span sectors, roles, technologies, and customers giving you the opportunity to develop, learn new skills and make an impact.
