About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Risk Manager to join their teamJob DescriptionAs Risk Manager, your main responsibilities are:Providing specialist risk support and guidance, to global procurement teamsEngaging of stakeholders at all levelsLead strategic supplier review meetings, providing financial supportQuantify risk, to give a clear understanding of potential costs and steps requiredLead the response to supplier distress and insolvencyProviding oversight and guidance, on complex legal and commercial issuesQualifications / Skills neededExperience in corporate insolvency or restructuring, including both legal and operational issues.A strong and inspirational leader.Capable of providing clear direction from the outset and providing the tools, for team to succeed.Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)Able to pitch their message at the right level for the audience.Business acumen, a drive for results, a passion to succeed, personal initiative and influencing skills Why work through Contechs?Contechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
