If you love creating content, enjoy being on camera, and want to be part of a young, ambitious team - this is the role for you.A Typical Day in the JobAs a Content Creator Apprentice at Cipher Agency, you'll be thrown into the fast-paced world of influencer-led content and TikTok Live campaigns. You'll: Host and produce engaging TikTok Live Streams to promote client products and drive salesCreate short-form TikTok content that follows the latest trends and aligns with client goalsWrite copy for LinkedIn posts and email campaignsCapture high-quality video and audio using professional equipment, including DSLR cameras, studio lighting, and microphonesEdit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and other softwareTrack and manage monthly budgets across TikTok, Facebook, and Google AdsMonitor and report on performance using platform analytics toolsCollaborate with internal teams, including producers, presenters, and co-foundersUse WordPress, Shopify, Adobe, and Klaviyo to manage and publish contentStay up to date with social media and pop culture trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevantFull training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Confident and outgoing with a positive, can-do attitudeComfortable being on camera and sharing creative ideasPassion for social media, digital content, and influencer cultureOrganised and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentA Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required for this roleSalary, Hours & Benefits Salary: 16,000 - 19,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week28 days holiday (including bank holidays)Free luxury beauty products (thanks to our TikTok live samples!)Smart casual dress codeOffice takeaways and regular team outingsTeam building activities 1-2 times per monthPotential performance bonusThis apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital content and social media.
