The organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and is looking for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, healthcare-focused environment.This role is ideal for candidates with an Allied Health background and experience in ear care procedures. You will play an important role in supporting patients with ear health, identifying potential hearing issues, and working closely with Audiologists to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform ear wax removal procedures using microsuction and/or irrigation in line with clinical guidelinesIdentify potential ear-related conditions and refer to the appropriate healthcare professional when requiredConduct basic hearing screening tests when appropriateRefer patients to Audiologists for full hearing assessments or hearing aid consultationsMaintain accurate clinical records and patient documentationSupport the wider clinical team and contribute to a positive patient experienceParticipate in ongoing professional developmentRequirementsPrevious xjdpvnf experience in ear wax removal or working as an Allied Healthcare ProfessionalAural Microsuction certification from a recognised training providerStrong understanding of ear anatomy and hearing healthExcellent communication and patient care skillsAbility to work both independently and within a clinical teamExperienceAural Microsuction: minimum 1 year experience (required)
