We are seeking Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to join our team of PIP Functional Assessors.This role offers a unique opportunity to use your clinical expertise in a non-clinical settingcarrying out holistic assessments, reviewing medical evidence, and preparing detailed reports that help inform decisions on Personal Independence Payment (PIP) claims.What Youll Be DoingConducting face-to-face, telephone, or video assessments with claimants.Gathering a clear understanding of how an individuals health condition affects their daily life.Reviewing additional clinical information and medical evidence.Producing high-quality, evidence-based reportsno treatment, diagnosis, or clinical intervention required.Working within clear guidelines, supported by robust training and continuous professional development. What Were Looking ForCurrent registration with NMC / HCPC (Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic).Minimum 1 year post-registration experience.Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and report-writing skills.Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.Empathetic, patient-centred approach with strong professional integrity.
