The role offers exposure to a diverse client base and a wide range of tax issues affecting privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses.You will:Manage a portfolio of private business clients, acting as a key point of contact for tax mattersProvide advice on a range of corporate and shareholder tax issues affecting privately owned groupsSupport clients through business restructures, transactions, and strategic tax planning initiativesWork closely with specialists across tax, deals, and other advisory teams to deliver integrated solutionsOversee the delivery of tax compliance work while identifying opportunities for additional advisory supportManage project delivery, ensuring work is completed to a high technical standard and within agreed timelinesCoach and develop junior team members, reviewing work and supporting their professional developmentBuild strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the teamYour ExperienceThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:ACA / CTA qualification (or equivalent)Strong xjdpvnf UK tax technical knowledgeExperience working with privately owned or mid-market businessesThe ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneouslyStrong project management and organisational skillsExcellent communication skills and a client-focused mindsetExperience mentoring or supervising junior staffA proactive approach and a genuine interest in developing long-term client relationshipsThis role offers the opportunity to work within a high-performing private business tax team, gaining exposure to a broad range of advisory work while developing leadership and client management skills.
