With projects across a variety of UK construction and engineering sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact on high-profile tenders.Were seeking a sharp, detail-driven professional who can hit the ground running.Whats on Offer:Ongoing contract with long-term potentialImmediate start250 to 400 per day, depending on experience (Likely outside IR35)Part-time & some remote working, may be considered.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and competitive electrical cost estimates for building services projectsReview drawings, specifications, and tender documentsLiaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricingAttend pre-tender and post-tender meetings where requiredWork closely with project managers and design teams to ensure alignmentIdentify cost risks and value engineering opportunitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of current market rates and trendsAbout You:Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the building services or M&E sectorStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
