Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Warrington This is a key role offering the chance to take commercial lead on a range of projects, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams from tender through to final account. What you'll bring: Strong experience in a QS role, ideally with a main contractor or housebuilder Solid understanding of JCT and NEC contracts Proven track record managing costs, risk, and cashflow Confidence in leading projects and supporting junior QSs A collaborative approach and clear communication style What we offer: Competitive salary.
