Trainee Estimator

It is a challenging but rewarding position requiring excellent customer-facing and team-working skills.You will support estimating activities for projects and programmes within a delivery environment and collaborate with like-minded professionals to solve complex problems in the nuclear and infrastructure sectors.As part of the programme, you will receive comprehensive training in project, programme, and portfolio management (P3M), including courses in project management, planning and controls, Primavera, and Excel. Soft skills such as negotiation, presentation, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution will also be covered through scenario-based workshops.The Role The Estimating team calculates the costs associated with providing products or services to clients. Estimators participate during the tender process and throughout the project lifecycle to estimate costs of changes.
