Job DescriptionOverview:Brand new role, with a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS company delivering market-leading solutions. Backed by over two decades of data software expertise, the brand empowers global brands to navigate the complex world of data privacy while unlocking the power of data insights. With new leadership, rapid growth plans, and exciting innovations on the horizon, the company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their energetic, collaborative team and help drive the next phase of their success.The Role:This is a hands-on, full-mix marketing role where youll collaborate across the business, working alongside other bright, energetic marketers, each focused on their own sectors. Youll get the chance to experiment across verticals, lead on end-to-end campaigns, work with agencies and vendors, and make a measurable difference to the companys growth trajectory.ResponsibilitiesDevelop effective strategies and tactical marketing plans that drive leads and elevate brand reputationLead multi-channel campaigns from concept through to delivery, working across content, paid media, social, email, events, and PRCollaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to deliver campaigns that engage target audiencesLeverage tools such as CRM, CMS, and analytics platforms to manage, track, and optimise marketing activity (experience with Zoho is a plus)Create engaging content across formats (website, blogs, downloadable assets, social media, video) to attract and convert leadsOversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality executionAnalyse and report on campaign performance, extracting insights to refine future approaches and demonstrate ROIMaintain strong understanding of paid strategies, SEO, PPC, and channel targeting to ensure campaigns are effective and agencies deliverRequirements:5+ years experience in a marketing role, ideally in SaaS, tech, or agency environmentsStrategic yet hands-on, with proven ability to run integrated, multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable resultsComfortable working at pace and juggling multiple projects across different sectors or verticalsStrong understanding of lead generation, paid media, digital marketing, and analyticsExcellent content instincts bonus if you can produce or design yourself, but not essentialCommercially savvy with a sharp eye for campaign performance, budget management, and vendor oversightCreative, energetic, and curious, with a passion for marketing innovation (e.g., AI, video, new tech)Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset someone who builds positive working relationships across teamsSalary: 40,000 - 50,000 per annum DOELocation: Warrington, Hybrid working (3 days per week in office)Benefits:Private healthcare, dental and optical as well as healthcare cashbackPension SchemeEmployee Discount PortalFlexible Benefit fund (Used towards Family in Private Medical Insurance)On-site Subsidised CanteenOn-site Free Parking24 days holidayTraining and development opportunities
