If so, we want to hear from you.A leading national construction company, headquartered in Warrington, is seeking a National Training Manager to head up its UK & NI training and apprenticeship strategy.Please note: Experience within the construction / property services industry is a must for this role.About the RoleAs National Training Manager, youll play a key leadership role, responsible for:Overseeing multiple Apprenticeship Academies across the UK & NIDesigning, delivering, and evolving a forward-thinking Learning & Development strategyEnsuring high-quality, consistent training delivery across all business unitsBuilding strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, external training providers, and industry bodiesDriving continuous improvement and compliance across all training programmesThis is a national role expect regular monthly travel and overnight stays as you connect with teams across the UK and Northern Ireland.What Were Looking ForProven experience in a senior L&D or training management role, ideally within facilities management, construction, or a related industryStrong background in managing apprenticeships and navigating funding and complianceA strategic mindset with hands-on delivery experienceNatural leadership and communication skills, able to inspire and influence at all levelsComfortable with a mobile role, confident working both independently and collaborativelyIf youre ready to lead, inspire, and shape the future of L&D in a thriving national business, apply now or reach out directly for a confidential conversation.
