CAT 3 Inspection Engineer

If you contribute your experience to us in the future, you will experience a surprisingly broad spectrum of national and international challenges, all of which are associated with safety, efficiency, and sustainability.As part of the TUV family Risktec Resourcing have been tasked to assist our sister company TUV Rheinland Industrial Services (TRIS) to source CAT 3 Inspection Engineers to cover the UK in the Northwest, Northeast, Humberside and Southern Regions.Job SummaryInspection of pressurised static equipment e.g. vessels, tanks, piping, relief devices, to meet regulatory and client requirementsJob DescriptionEducationTrained/qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.Engineering Technician status desirable.5 years of experience working within a relevant engineering discipline e.g. mechanical technician.Experience & SkillsMechanical Engineering background.Experience in the Chemical and /or Oil & Gas sectorsUnderstanding of engineering principals.EEMUA / API / NDT qualification/experience.Excellent written and verbal communication.Eye for detail.Meeting tight deadlinesGood interpersonal skills, and the capability to work independently.Appreciation of pressure equipmentExperience / appreciation of non-destructive examination techniques (NDT)Your future career prospects look goodWe offer comprehensive training, flexible working, and a great pay and benefits package.
