What you need Strong knowledge of construction legislation and health 'safety standards. A relevant qualification in construction e.g. Level 4 or equivalent Proven experience conducting building surveys and analysing property conditions. Excellent IT skills as you will be capturing and verifying survey data, administering systems, etc. You must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle , as you will be travelling around the region.
