Job DescriptionSolutions Engineer Warrington/Remote (3 days on site initially)40-45KA Solutions Engineer is required for our security client. The successful candidates will be responsible for the understanding of customer problems, problem solving, testing, configuration, deployment and optimisation of Software products to meet customer's current and future requirements.The position will also be responsible for collaborating with customers to understand their needs and designing efficient, cost-effective software solutions.This customer-facing role combines strong technical expertise with relationship management, and a deep understanding of customer operational challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and optimise software based on customer-specific operational needs.Collaborate directly with clients and software users to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable technical requirements.Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal development/support teams.Deliver remote and on-site training, including E-learning modules and user guides.Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system optimization and support.Technical Skills/ExperienceExperience in software deployment, technical support, or implementation.Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.Background in retail, fraud detection, risk management, or CCTV platforms is highly desirable.Ability to interpret software logs and propose technical solutions.Familiarity with SQL and database queries is a plus.A proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills.
