Job Description FM Contracts ManagerPFI Healthcare Portfolio | North WestWe are recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi site healthcare portfolio operating within a long term PFI environment across the North West.This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance across Hard FM services, managing engineering teams, protecting contractual performance and acting as the key interface with the LIFTCo and client stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of Hard FM services across multiple sites Ensure 100 percent completion of PPM and reactive works Manage contractual KPIs and minimise payment mechanism deductions Act as the regional contract subject matter expert Chair client meetings and oversee compliance reportingRequirements Strong Hard FM background Proven experience within a PFI or PPP contract Experience managing engineering teams Solid understanding of contractual obligations and performance managementThis is a stable, established healthcare portfolio with no business development requirement, suited to an experienced FM Contract Manager looking to take ownership of a defined region.JBRP1_UKTJ
