The Role Were looking for two driven Business Development Executives who live and breathe outbound sales. This is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact: generating new opportunities, opening doors, and building relationships that last. Your day will be varied and high-energy, with a real focus on proactive outreach whether thats calls, emails, or creative ways to get in touch with decision-makers. If you love the buzz of winning new business and arent afraid to pick up the phone, this is the role for you. What youll be doing: Making outbound calls and sending follow-ups to win new clients. Building relationships with decision-makers and closing deals. Re-engaging with lapsed accounts and converting warm leads. Hitting and exceeding KPIs across calls, conversations, quotes, and wins. Using our CRM to manage your pipeline and keep track of progress. About You We want hungry, ambitious sales professionals who love the chase and thrive on results. Youll need: Proven B2B sales experience (phone-based preferred). A confident, resilient, and target-driven approach. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
