A reputable law firm based in Warrington is looking to appoint an experienced Claimant Litigation Executive to handle a caseload of pre- and post-litigated RTA claims involving subrogation and credit hire, for high-net-worth clients and insurers. Role Overview: Manage your own caseload of motor claims (pre- and post-litigation) Liaise with credit hire companies and insurers Take a proactive approach to recoveries, litigating where necessary Ensure a high standard of client care and compliance Ideal Candidate: 3+ years claimant motor litigation experience (subrogation/ULR essential) Strong working knowledge of CPR, litigation processes & credit hire Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Proclaim experience desirable Benefits include: Free parking, company pension, life assurance, discounted gym, cycle-to-work, eye tests, social events & more.
