Property Asset Manager

I am partnering with a well-established and respected property consultancy in their Infrastructure team, managing an extensive and varied portfolio of over 100 assets across high-profile contracts including major national projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to take ownership of a diverse caseload and make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of a mixed property portfolio. Leasing, lettings, rent reviews, and lease renewals. Onboarding new assets into the portfolio. Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and improvement works. Conducting property inspections and compliance checks. Liaising with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders. Producing accurate and timely client reports. About You: MRICS, AssocRICS or equivalent experience in asset/property management. Skilled in client and stakeholder management. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Full UK driving licence is essential.
