This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact EPC projects across a range of sectors including Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Utilities, Energy or Power industry.About the RoleAs a Proposal Manager /Bid Manager you are required to lead the preparation and submission of proposals for our Automation Production site based in St Helens. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in production panels and Motor Control Centre (MCC) panel projects, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.________________________________________________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Proposal Manager you will be responsible for Proposal Development, Lead kick-off meetings, storyboarding sessions, Facilitate review meetings, final document checks.You will ensure brand compliance and maintain a content library and manage proposal timelines and ensure timely delivery. Bid Strategy & Management: Identify client priorities and win themes. Create and execute proposal project plans and Facilitate bid/no-bid discussions and track RFP data.You will act as the main point of contact for prospects. Handle follow-up and Participate in client visits and presentations. Process Improvement: Enhance proposal processes and Maintain the RFP response knowledge base. Submit final proposals and ensure value-driven content and analyse contract requirements and define bid cost structures. Team Management: Coordinate with subject matter experts across departments.
