In this role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with external clients who are seeking global expansion, ensuring they receive a world class service, in a true generalist capacity.You will be an integral part of the People division, adhering to industry best practice, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to devise and implement new and innovative solutions for clients. In addition to this you will work with the Global HR Director to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.To be successful for this role these are some essentials:Proven experience at the Business Partner level or at Consultant level across multiple clientsEMEA experience - or if not multi site experience in the UK is essentialProven track record in devising and implementing HR solutionsOutstanding communication skillsPassionate about your own personal developmentThe successful candidate for this role needs to be able to spend a couple of days in the North West - there may also be occasional travel required, but in the main the rest of the time can be worked from home.Please send your CV for immediate consideration.
