Roofing & Cladding Designer Warrington Location: Warrington (mainly office-based, with site visits and design meetings) Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Were working with a specialist roofing and cladding contractor who is looking for an experienced Roofing & Cladding Designer to join their design team in Warrington. About the Role: Youll be responsible for producing detailed design and fabrication drawings, reviewing project drawings, and collaborating closely with clients, architects, suppliers, and site teams. Key Duties: Produce detailed working and fabrication drawings Review architectural, structural, and steelwork drawings Attend design meetings (in-person & online) Liaise with clients, architects, and site teams Schedule and order materials Carry out site surveys and take accurate measurements Systems & Materials: Standing seam roofing Composite roof & wall panels Rainscreen cladding Single ply & hot melt flat roofing SFS (Steel Framing Systems) Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in roofing & cladding design Strong working knowledge of relevant systems and materials Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail If you have proven design experience within the roofing and cladding sector and are looking for a stable, office-based role with a supportive team, wed love to hear from you.
