Digital Designer Location: Warrington | Full-Time | Reporting to: Head of Growth About the Role:We’re seeking a talentedDigital Designerwith a strong background ingraphic design, UX design, and Shopifyto join our clients growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital presence, from marketing assets to website design, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for their customers. Experience in thesubscription and food industryis highly desirable, and coding/development skills are a plus but not essential. Key Responsibilities:Design compelling digital assets for the website, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns. Enhance and optimise Shopify website to improve UX and conversion rates. Work closely with the Growth team to develop creative solutions that drive customer engagement and retention. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to execute digital projects effectively. Stay ahead of digital design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activity. What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in digital design , preferably within an eCommerce, food, or subscription-based business. Strong skills inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Figma) . Shopify experience– ability to design and optimise for high-converting eCommerce experiences. Knowledge ofUX/UI best practicesand a data-driven approach to design. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and take ownership of projects.
