HR Shared Service Administrator - 3-Month FTC Salary: up to 35,000 Location: Warrington, Cheshire - office-based, 5 days a week Start Date: Immediate start We're looking for an experienced HR Shared Service Administrator to join a well-established national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role will be supporting a team of Advisors on consultation activity across the business - experience with this is a must! The Role As HR Shared Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate HR administration across a range of activities, including: Preparing letters, contracts, and redundancy documentation Supporting the redundancy process, including running calculations and producing packs Managing first-tier HR queries (ER-related) and escalating where necessary Checking contracts and finalising costs Printing and sending out HR packs Providing day-to-day administrative support to managers and the wider HR team This role is fully office-based, and you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations throughout the project. About You We're seeking someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support. To be successful, you'll bring: Proven HR administration experience, ideally within a shared services or ER environment Strong knowledge of HR processes, particularly around contracts and redundancy administration Confidence in preparing HR letters and handling first-tier support queries Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Experience of basic redundancy calculations (advantageous) What's on Offer Salary up to 35,000 3-month FTC with an immediate start (potential for extension) Opportunity to contribute to a key business transformation project Experience within a supportive and collaborative HR team Ready to Apply?
