Check daily and replenish, if necessary, all mail and postage supplies. Keep records of sent and received mail. Prepare envelopes and packages. Ensure all shipped packages are adequately protected against damage. Apply appropriate postage amounts and required identification to outgoing mail and packages. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Set up meeting rooms. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
