Job DescriptionRole: Key Account ManagerLocation: County DownAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a dynamic commercial team within a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role will play a vital part in delivering sales, margin, and category growth across key customer accounts while supporting the companys overall strategic goals.Benefits: Opportunity to lead and grow high-profile customer accounts Involvement in NPD, forecasting, and joint business planning Career development within a growing FMCG company Inclusive and people-focused cultureThe Role:Develop and implement customer account plans aligned with business growth strategyNegotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with key partnersDeliver solutions that meet customer needs and internal business objectivesDrive sales and margin performance through strong commercial insightLead short, medium, and long-term forecasting and planningManage product cycles and limited editions efficientlyPresent category insights and contribute to tender opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams on orders, production, NPD, quality, and logisticsMaintain CRM database and build effective business relationships at all levelsRepresent the company at trade shows and exhibitionsThe Requirements:3rd level qualification in a business-related discipline25 years experience in key account management within FMCG (chilled food experience preferred)Proven sales record with a customer-centric approachStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skillsHigh energy, results-driven, and solutions-focusedExcellent organisational and commercial awarenessExperience in proposal preparation and collaborative customer engagement
