Our Commercial insurance business is based in Warmley, Bristol serving clients mainly within 50 miles of Bristol. We are financially strong being part of The Broker Investment Group. We are looking for a new person to join our team and help us continue to grow and develop.Role DescriptionThe Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of insurance clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery. They will handle an existing book of commercial clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to meet and exceed client expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bristol, requiring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.QualificationsAccount management and client relationship building skillsStrong negotiation and strategic planning abilitiesStrong Insurance technical knowledgeProven ability in problem-solving and providing excellent customer serviceExperience in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growthExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a professional settingCommercial Broking experience in insurance of at least 5 years is essential as this role includes looking after large and complicated insurance portfoliosCII qualifications required - minimum Cert., preferred Dip CII or higher
