Thisisasenior,hands-onleadershiprolewhereyoullrunthebranchasyourownbusinessdrivingperformance,developingpeople,andensuringcontractsaredeliveredsafely,profitably,andtothehigheststandard. TheRole Youllhaveoverallaccountabilityforbranchperformance,reportingdirectlytotheOperationsDirectorandworkingcloselywiththemonstrategy,operations,andgrowth.Yourremitwillspanfinance,operations,sales,peoplemanagement,andfutureexpansion.
