Tax Manager - 12 to 18 months FTC

This role offers the chance to review current practices, bring them in line with listed company standards, and play a key role in shaping the group's tax strategy.What you'll be doing Supporting the Head of Group Tax with the development and implementation of tax strategy and governance across multiple jurisdictionsAssisting in the implementation of a new tax provisioning and Pillar 2 tax toolPreparing group and company tax provisions for statutory reporting, budgets and forecastsActing as a key point of contact for the wider business and external advisors on tax mattersWorking with subsidiary finance teams and operational teams to identify improvements, manage risk and optimise processesMonitoring and assessing the impact of legislative changes across UK and international operations What we're looking for Qualified tax professionalStrong background in corporation tax, with exposure to at least one other area of taxGood knowledge of accounting for tax under IFRSAbility to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively, and communicate complex matters clearlyA continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving skills What's on offer Hybrid working 3 days from home, 2 days in the London office (Monday & Wednesday in-office)Exposure to international tax matters (UK, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, India)A genuine opportunity to influence and shape a growing group's tax functionCollaborative environment working directly with senior stakeholders If you're motivated by the chance to build, improve, and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step in your tax career.
