You'll lead the full recruitment life-cycle across a variety of roles from creative, commercial, and technical - while owning the strategy and delivery.Working closely with hiring managers, you'll build strong partnerships, shape recruitment best practices, and help drive the employer brand forward. There's also plenty of scope to get involved in broader people projects, including EVP, candidate experience, and process improvements.We're looking for someone with solid in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, creative or media environment and standalone.
