I am recruiting for a dedicated Deputy Manager (Clinical) to support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding, person-centred nursing care within a well-established care home in Walton-On-Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident NMC registered nurse with Deputy Manager experience who is committed to achieving excellence in care, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance.The RoleAs Deputy Manager (Clinical), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care in line with CQC standards and best practice guidelines.
