This is a hands-on role within a culture-driven concept, combining live jazz, cocktails and daytime trade, backed by a well-established group with a strong heritage in music-led hospitality. Whats on Offer Salary up to 55K High level of autonomy within an established international hospitality group Opportunity to lead the UK opening of a proven jazz-led concept Close working relationship with ownership Long-term growth potential as the brand expands The Role Full responsibility for day-to-day operations Lead the opening and establish strong operational standards Recruit, train and develop a small opening team Deliver a high-quality, music-led guest experience Manage rotas, labour, stock control and costs Set and maintain service standards across bar and daytime trade Act as the senior on-site leader in a hands-on environment About You Experienced General Manager or strong Bar Manager ready to step up Strong bar-led background with solid cocktail knowledge Confident running a venue end-to-end Hands-on and comfortable working bar shifts, especially during opening Calm, organised leadership style Passion for music-led, culture-driven venues Previous opening experience is highly advantageous.
