Salary up to 40,000 (based on experience) + overtime opportunities 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) + option to buy 5 extra days Health & Wellbeing Support through our Employee Assistance Programme Unlimited 750 "refer a friend" bonus Birthday and Christmas Gift Vouchers Discounted UK hotel stays Manufacturing training (Master Tech included) + HGV Licence Support Leadership/mentor development programs and long term progression opportunities Team & Company team building events What you will be doing: Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of light commercial vehicles (Renault Lutons, etc.) Performing PMIs, inspections, MOT prep, and safety checks to DVSA standards Handling key mechanical work: brakes, clutches, suspension, exhausts, and diagnostics Using diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues and ensure first-time fixes Completing service paperwork, job cards, and compliance documentation accurately Road-testing vehicles to confirm repair quality Keeping your workspace safe, tidy, and efficient What you will bring: Key Requirements: NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) Hands-on experience working with vans or LCVs in a workshop or fleet environment Confidence using diagnostic tools and solving mechanical problems Full UK driving licence (Category B) Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team If you are looking for a workplace where your growth is supported, your contributions celebrated and a place you can thrive look no further and contact us today!
