Are you passionate about sharing your trade knowledge and helping people start careers in construction?Do you have experience delivering hands-on training or mentoring others on-site?Quack Recruitment & Training is looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Tutor to deliver our fully funded Construction Skills Bootcamp in Walsall, as part of our wider programme supporting learners into employment in groundworks, site safety, and civil engineering.Responsibilities for the Construction Tutor role will be:* Deliver face-to-face training aligned to the Highfield Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment and the Level 2 Award in Retrofit and Construction, and Level 3 in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment.* Support learners to complete both classroom-based and practical tasks that build toward the CSCS card and skilled worker pathways.* Coach learners on topics such as site safety, groundworks, manual handling, and industry expectations.* Prepare learners for progression into roles such as labourer, groundworker, or site operative.* Track learner attendance and engagement and help them complete practical workbooks and assessments.* Liaise with the wraparound team to ensure job outcomes and interview opportunities are aligned to learner goals.* Promote positive behaviours, teamwork, and punctuality in a structured training environment.* Deliver content using pr...
