Residential Childcare Practitioner Location: Walsall Salary: 35,800 - 36,300 per year About the Role Our client is seeking Residential Childcare Practitioners to join their dedicated team in children's residential homes in Walsall. You will play a crucial role in supporting and caring for children and young people, helping them develop life skills, build positive relationships, and achieve their full potential. You will work alongside a Senior Co-Worker on a structured rota, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. What Were Looking For Experience in children's residential care or transferable skills Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential/Childrens Workforce OR Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Residential) or working towards this qualification A full UK driving licence (essential) youll need to transport young people to appointments, school, social activities etc Compassion, resilience, and the ability to build strong relationships with young people Shift Pattern Long shifts plus sleep ins Rolling 3-week rota , averaging 10 shifts per month Whats on Offer?
