Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC Fanuc lathes with C-axis capability, delivering quality parts every time. Take ownership of a cell of two machines, keeping production flowing and standards high. Work from technical drawings and understand Fanuc programs where needed. Use bar feeders effectively and ensure machines stay productive. Pitch in as part of the team to keep everything running smoothly on the shop floor. Candidate Requirements Hands-on experience with Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes in a busy environment. Confident setting and operating C-axis lathes and managing two machines at once. Familiar with bar feeders and how to get the best from them. Able to read and understand technical drawings and Fanuc programs where required.
