Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are excited to be working with a specialist SEN school in Walsall, currently seeking a committed SEN Teacher to join their team. This full-time role is due to start in January 2026 and will run through to July 2026 and can become permanent for the right person. About the School This inclusive and highly regarded provision supports pupils with a wide range of needs, including Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties. The school is well known for its nurturing ethos, strong community values, and commitment to personalised learning that enables every child to flourish. The Role Full-time SEN Teacher position Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to support pupil progress About You QTS preferred, though other relevant qualifications will be considered Experience working with children with SEN, in mainstream or specialist settings Strong understanding of adaptive teaching strategies and effective behaviour management Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs Whats on Offer A warm, welcoming, and supportive school environment Access to ongoing CPD and professional development Competitive daily pay rates Guidance and support from a dedicated consultant throughout the placement If youre ready to take the next step in your teaching career and make a meaningful impact on the lives of pupils with special educational needs, wed love to hear from you. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a primary school setting.
