New Home Improvement group offers a wide range of products and services, providing solutions for just about anything for when it comes to homes and gardens. From building extensions, converting garages and building garden rooms, to driveways and landscaping and more.Due to a period of growth, we are looking to expand our sales team and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join the team. As Internal Sales and Administration Executive, you will be responsible for managing all the incoming leads that come into our business through our various marketing strategies. We will provide excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities in return. Ensuring all leads are contacted with agreed timeframes and effectively managed.Responsible for filtering potential customers and booking site visits for our sales directors.Managing the sales diaries for the sales directors, confirming the appointments, sending warm up emails and carrying out follow ups.Complete management of the lead process from initial call, through quoting, follow ups and completion of sale.Working closely with the sales directors to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goalsDemonstrating our products and services with confidence using expert knowledge (full training provided)Effectively managing leads using our company CRM.Hitting set targetsPresent sales proposals and negotiate contracts with potential customers.Schedule:Monday to Friday Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.Office based in WallingfordSupplemental pay types:Commission pay.Experience:Sales: 5 years (preferred) 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)Job Type: Full-timePay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
