Manufacturing Lead

Role: Manufacturing LeadType: 6-month + ContractLocation: South WalesSRG are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Lead for a successful client based in South Wales. As Manufacturing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting high EHS standards.Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Lead and manage manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standardsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesDrive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain teamsPromote safety through EHS awarenessIncident controller in the event of a site emergencyManage budgets and cost control.Criteria: Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role within a highly regulated industryStrong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, or other relevant regulatory frameworksExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage change and drive operational excellenceRelevant degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.If interested, please apply or contact Julia for more information: Julia.mccabe@ / 0161 667 1803
