The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who prefers to lead with the phone — using email and text as supporting tools — to connect with clients, build relationships, and close deals.⸻Key Responsibilities• Initiate and manage outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing clients.• Use phone, email, and text communication strategically — with a phone-first approach.• Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and follow up diligently.• Maintain detailed, accurate notes in the CRM (Close.io or similar).• Collaborate with brokers, marketing, and lead-generation teams to drive sales performance.• Stay organized while managing multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.⸻Qualifications• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or client outreach roles.• Excellent verbal communication skills — confident and engaging on the phone.• Technically savvy; comfortable using CRMs and digital communication tools.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.• Self-motivated, coachable, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment.• Prior experience in domains, SaaS, or digital marketing is a plus.
