Job Description Telesales ExecutiveLocation: Wakefield/HybridSalary: 28,000 - 30,000 + commissionElevation are pleased to be working with an industry leading business supplies company on the hunt for a Telesales Executive to join their vibrant team.Do you love the buzz of closing a deal?Can you turn a cold call into a warm relationship?Are you competitive, driven, and a little bit obsessed with hitting targets?If that sounds like you - keep reading.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Youll be the voice of the business - speaking to companies, building relationships, and helping them get the supplies they need to keep their teams running smoothly.On a typical day youll:Pick up the phone and connect with new and existing business customersSpot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell with low/spending, dormant and existing accountsTurn enquiries into orders through strong rapport building abilityBuild your own customer base and grow it month after monthSmash your targets (and celebrate when you do)Work closely with the wider team to make sure customers are happySkills & Requirements:Someone whos confident, tenacious and ambitiousA natural persuader who listens as well as they talk and is brilliant building commercial relationshipsTarget-driven (you dont just meet goals - you chase them)Resilient - because not every call is a yesExperience in telesales, internal sales, or B2B sales is a big plus
