Supporting a fast-paced operational environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to be a key part of a business that values people, processes, and performance.What You'll Be Doing:You'll be the go-to person for all people-related matters, working closely with line managers and colleagues across the business. From employee relations and onboarding to training delivery and policy development, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting core HR functions, including employee communications, training, and administrationAdministering onboarding processes – from offer letters to right-to-work checksCoordinating induction and internal training for compliance and developmentManaging reporting, data analytics, and trends using tools like Makodata and LearnXDAssisting in policy development and training delivery for line managersLiaising with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate processingSupporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a Senior HR advisor and abovePart or full CIPD qualificationConfidence using HR systems and reporting toolsKnowledge of employment law and GDPR legislationStrong people skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingA keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality workAbility to travel to other sites when needed If this sounds of interest then do get in contact
