Job Description Junior Electronics EngineerOn-site near by Wakefield with some hybrid workingWe are looking for a Junior Electronics Engineer to join a global manufacturer that provides solutions to the oil & gas and defence sector on a permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to continue to develop and grow on their experience with progress into senior roles.You will:Work on the development of new products, including schematic design, component selection and PCB layoutTest new prototype products and develop test proceduresProvide engineering support to the production teamWork with external test labs on EMC and safety testingWork on new and existing boardsParticipate in global progress meetings for new designsYou'll bring:A strong ability to communicate ideas and solutions to team members and managementProactive and ability to work on own initiativeExperienced in designing digital electronics, including designs to meet compliance such as EMC and safetyExperience with new PCB design bring upAbility to work in fast paced role with new and developing productsExperience of Altium software a plusYou'll be based on-site near Wakefield with some hybrid/home working and work closely alongside senior management with plenty of opportunities to advance your skill set and progress.If you are interested in this Junior Electronics Engineer role then please apply today!
