Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This is a transaction-heavy, hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys structured processes, accuracy, and working with numbers on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities of Finance Assistant: Manage high volumes of financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain petty cash, ensuring correct recording, reconciliation, and controls. Support with bank reconciliations and related monthly checks. Process ledger entries and maintain up-to-date financial records. Assist with general finance and administrative duties as required. Contribute to process improvements as the department moves towards more automation. Essential: Experience in a similar transactional finance or ledger-based role. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with repetitive, high-volume tasks. Willingness to adapt as the team introduces system and process improvements.
