Were looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our next phase of growth. If youre a hands-on, commercially minded manager who loves improving performance and creating great customer experiences, this could be the perfect role for you. What Youll Do Manage all daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of office, warehouse, and showroom staff. Oversee subcontract flooring fitters to deliver high-quality installations. Drive sales and profitability across flooring and new bed product ranges. Use systems, processes, and data to improve efficiency and performance reporting. Deliver excellent customer service from first enquiry through to installation. Manage stock, suppliers, scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies. Support local marketing and promotional activity to grow awareness and sales. About You Experience as a retail or trade store manager (home interiors or furnishings preferred). Commercially focused with a proven record of driving sales and improving operations. Confident using systems, processes, and data to monitor and enhance performance. Strong leadership and communication skills able to motivate and develop a small team.
