Depending on the candidate, you will either support two existing fee earners while managing your own caseload or primarily handle your own files.Responsibilities may include:Assisting existing fee earners with or handling their own residential and possibly commercial conveyancing files independently from instruction to completionPreparing and reviewing contracts, transfers, pre-contract enquiries and completion documentationLand Registry applicationsDrafting reports on the title and completion statementsDealing with AML, ID and SOF complianceLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitorsMaintaining accurate digital case filesEnsuring compliance with CQS and SRA requirementsSupporting the wider conveyancing department as the workload growsThe firm is seeking someone who can start as soon as possible and contribute quickly.What's next?
