With more than 41,000 employees and 3 million customer outlets in 31 countries, were proud of our scale, but even prouder of our people.Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support key areas at a global level including:Policy ManagementCo-Coordinate the annual policy review process, ensuring all policies are accurately published in our internal Policy Hub.Maintain an inventory of policies, including summaries and ownership details.Assist policy owners with updates to content, attachments, and links, and respond to related queries.Human Rights Strategy SupportConduct internet research to identify best practices in human rights and due diligence.Track progress on human rights due diligence implementation, risk analysis, and follow-up actions.Create presentations and supporting materials for internal stakeholders.Wellbeing and ProjectsSupport projects related to Policy Management, Human Rights and Wellbeing.Lead translation projects of various documents.Requirements- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Business Administration, Law, Humanities, Human Rights or Languages- Very good English skills, as a majority of the work is done in English- Other European language skills are beneficial- Good skills at MS products such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel- High self-organization- Ability to work on different topics at the same time- TeamworkWe are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 countries, who work together to make, move and sell some of the worlds most loved drinks.We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world.
