Employment Advisor

We are looking for Employability Specialists to work with clients, health professionals, service providers and employers to support people back into employment. As an Employment Specialist, you will be focused on making sure a persons journey into employment, with associated improved social inclusion and wellbeing is as easy as possible. You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have a range of needs and assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. If you are a confident communicator who has worked in a customer facing or person centred role and want to make a real difference to people across West London, then we want to hear from you.
